About Rudd Park
Strength training enthusiasts are going to love this one. Rudd Park houses a large collection of fitness frames including monkey bars, pull-up bars, parallel bars and ab chairs. It's a perfect location for a comprehensive workout in the sun, without any gym fees. If you have any energy left after your strength training, you can take a walk or run along the beautiful Burleigh Beach, which is across the road.
The park also has plenty of open space as well as picnic and barbecue facilities, including hot water. More amenities are available across the street at the beachside John Laws Park, including public toilets.
Dogs are welcome in the park, as long as they are on a leash.
How to Find Rudd Park
Rudd Park is located at 28 Goodwin Terrace in Burleigh Heads at the Gold Coast. Some parking is available on site, but it can be difficult to get a park during busy periods so you may need to try one of the other car parks nearby. For more information and directions, please click on the map below.
