About Justins Park

Justins Park is in the heart of Burleigh Heads, directly behind the magnificent Burleigh Beach and not far from great cafes and the glorious Burleigh Head National Park.

This park is a great place for a picnic, with all the amenities you would expect from a world-class tourist location like this, including picnic tables, picnic shelters, barbecues, park benches, a shaded playground, public toilets (including a toilet for people with disabilities), public showers and water fountains.  There is also a playground with climbing frames, two types of swings, and a slide.

Tall trees are scattered around the park, and there is open grass to play on as well, all with views out to sea.  Keep an eye out for rainbow lorikeets during your visit - there are many of these beautiful birds in the area, which is also not far from the incredible Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary where the lorikeets are fed daily.

If you are in the mood for a walk, you can stroll along Burleigh Beach, which is a popular spot for local organisations to host beachathons, or you can walk along the pathway that tracks along behind the beach.

Art and carft markets are held adjacent to Justins Park on the last Sunday of every month, providing another great reason to visit.

Dogs are welcome on a leash.

How to Find Justins Park

Justins Park is located on The Esplanade in Burleigh Heads at the Gold Coast. There is lots of parking in the Burleigh precinct, but since it is a very popular spot you may have to search around a while for a parking spot on weekends and especially in the peak holiday season.  For more information and directions, please click on the map below.
