About Wonga Park

Wonga Park is an expansive park in Burleigh Heads with outstanding facilities for sports and exercise as well as being well appointed with playground and picnic facilities.

A large grassy space dominates the park, and set within it is:

  • A full basketball court
  • A cricket practice net
  • A rugby practice field
  • Fitness stations
  • An off-leash dog exercise area

Wonga Park also has a neat, modern, covered playground equipped with swings, seesaws, slides, monkey bars, and climbing frames.

The park has a few park benches, three covered picnic tables, but no barbecues.

Public restrooms are not available.
