About the Gardens
Tamborine Mountain Regional Botanic Gardens are a surprisingly beautiful place to visit. Wander through the Japanese Garden, stroll through the rainforest or relax for a picnic in the lush surrounds.
The gardens are open every day of the week from dawn until dusk. Admission is free but donations are gratefully accepted. The gardens are maintained by volunteers with assistance from the Scenic Rim Regional Council.
Facilities include:
- Public toilets, including an accessible toilet
- Picnic tables both under cover and in the sunshine
- Park benches to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings
- Plants for sale

If you're looking for a peaceful place to take a walk, the Tamborine Mountain Regional Botanic Gardens will not disappoint. The gardens feature a charming collection of meandering pathways surrounded by lush greenery and flowers. The kids will enjoy exploring Sooty Owl's Creekside Trail.

What can't you do?
Pets, bikes and ball games are not permitted at Tamborine Mountain Regional Botanic Gardens, and there are no barbeque facilities.
How to find Tamborine Mountain Regional Botanic Gardens
Located on Forsyth Drive in Tamborine Mountain, the gardens are located within 30 minutes of the northern Gold Coast suburbs. Onsite parking is available.
