About Tallowwood Park

This delightful suburban park encircles a small lake that is home to ducks, swans and other birdlife.  This park basically has it all:  picnic and BBQ facilities, exercise opportunities, pleasant scenery and settled wildlife.

The beautiful birds

Relax and admire the families of ducks and swans that waddle around the small lake at Tallowwood Park.  In spring, there are usually adorable duckings and in 2022 the local community welcomed the arrival of some cygnets (baby swans).

Enjoy a picnic or cafe meal

Settle in to a sheltered picnic table and BBQ area, or grab lunch at the popular Cafe Two which has outdoor tables overlooking the lake.

Get active

Get active at the public tennis and basketball courts adjacent to the park, or complete the Coomera Parkrun. A boardwalk and path take you around the lake and are suitable for bikes, scooters and walking.  There is a playground for the kids, and an off-leash dog exercise area completes this pleasant picture.
