About Mangrove Jack Park

Mangrove Jack Park overlooks a small lake that sits adjacent to the Coomera River, and provides pleasant walking opportunities, an off-leash dog exercise area and two playgrounds.

The highlight of this park is the one-kilometre walking track that encircles the lake, which is a popular exercise option for locals.

The first playground is shaded and based on a paddle steamer theme, with a large climbing wheel at its centre. The playground has a slide, swings, a see saw, rockers, a row boat and other climbing frames.

A second playground can be found half-way around the lake circuit and is best suited to older children. It provides climbing frames and balancing equipment.

Mangrove Jack Park also has an off-leash dog area, as well as plenty of open space for ball games and picnic rugs. Water is available on tap, but there are no barbecues. There are no public toilets in the park either, but some area available across Hope Island Road, and can be accessed via the underpass that runs beneath the Monterey Keys roundabout.
